Sadly, you can’t eat cookie dough because of the unhealthy ingredients, like raw eggs and flour so I’ll teach you how to still enjoy cookie dough but with healthy ingredients so you can actually eat it.
Ingredients:
Chocolate chips
Flour
Melted butter
Vanilla extract
Milk
White sugar
Brown Sugar
[ Tip, measure with your heart]
If you want exact measurements, then here they are! ¾ cup of all purpose flour, 1/3 cup on unsalted butter, 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and lastly 1/3 cup of chocolate chips.
The first thing you are going to do is preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Once the oven’s ready spread your flour on a baking sheet then put it in the oven to 4-7 minutes.
Next you are going to mostly melt your butter then let it cool to room temperature. Once that’s done mix it in a bowl with your brown sugar and white sugar.
You are now going to mix in one tablespoon of milk, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Once that’s mixed in, you’ll add your cooled flour and chocolate chips. You can add more milk for your desired texture of the cookie dough.
Mix everything together with a pinch of sea salt and enjoy your edible cookie dough!
