Wi(t)ch house was it again?

In the last two stories, a guy named Tom made a witch out of sand, and a guy named Bob saw it. He called it a sand-witch, but Tom thought he was teasing, and when they found out they both loved Wicked, they became friends.
In the second story, Bob and Tom were taking a walk and talking about which came first, the chicken or the egg, and the color or fruit orange. Then Bob invited Tom to a Wicked celebration at his house, and that is where we are now.
Tom went out the door and set off to Bob’s house. Then he realized he had no idea where Bob’s house was. He tried to remember what Bob had said about where he lived before.
He knew it was green, and it was on 10th street. Tom lived on 11th. He decided to walk there and see which house looked like how Bob described it.
Then he remembered he hadn’t ate in a while, and he was hungry. He went back inside. He knew his fridge only had oranges and chicken (Ironic, I know), but then he found a banana on the dining room table, and devoured it. He decided to eat more at Bob’s party.
He walked to 11th street and immediately noticed there were more than 2 houses painted green. One had the blinds open, and Tom peeked inside. There was a baby in a crib. Not Bob’s house. The second had the blinds closed, but it was quiet. He checked his watch. It was 3:58. The party started at 4:00. If it was Bob’s house, it would be loud. This was not his house.
He started to walk away when he heard music. It was coming from a… dark green house? Tom hadn’t expected that. He ran toward the house and knocked on the door. It opened to a man about 28. He let Tom in and he saw Bob setting up decorations. He saw Tom and yelled, “How did you find my house? I forgot to tell you where it was!”
Tom smiled and said, “You said you had a green house on the day we watched the new Wicked movie, and that it was on 10th street.” Bob looked at him, impressed.
“Good you remembered that. Snacks are over there, and that guy who let you in is Ben.” He pointed at Ben and the table. “More people are coming by the way.” He added. Tom thanked Bob and ran to the snack table. There were sandwiches and cookies and many of the sort. If only he knew wi(t)ch one to try first!
