One Minute Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Before you read, I want to thank Eleanor W. for giving me this recipe to write in the Coe Times.
(Makes One Cookie)
What you need:
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg yolk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
What to do:
Very lightly coat the inside of a 6-ounce mug or ramekin with a tiny bit of cooking spray or butter. In the prepared mug, use a spoon to mix the butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add the egg yolk and vanilla and mix until smooth. Add the salt and flour and mix until just incorporated. If it is still crumbling after mixing for a while, add a bit of milk. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Using a microwave, microwave the mug or ramekin for 1 minute. The top will look light and yellow and may even seem undercooked, but if you gently press the top and it lightly springs back, it’s perfect.
Serve immediately while it’s warm.
